About Emeline

Emeline Pierre Larsen, French by birth and now based in Salzburg (Austria) is a complete artist. Throughout her career, she has chosen a free and varied musical life in order to keep an open mind on the world and to enrich her artistic sensitivity.

She continued her studies at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Danse de Musique de Lyon in the class of Pavel Vernikov and then Marianne Piketty where she obtained her diploma in 2004 with honours.

She  has since played in many ensembles: symphony orchestras (ONPL, ONL, Vorarlberger Sinfoniker. . . ), opera (Lyon), chamber orchestra ( orchestra of the countries of Savoy, Salzburg Chamber Soloists, Camerata Salzburg, Deutsche Kammerakademie Neuss am Rhein, Ingolstadt, Salzburger Solisten etc. . . ) string orchestra and small chamber music ensembles (Sonata with piano, trio with piano and string quartet mainly. )

She played with the Werther trio in 2003 and 2004 and was a permanent member of the quartet prima vista in 2007 and 2008. She works permanently between 2010 and 2014 at the San Sebastian Orchestra in the Spanish Basque Country as co-leader of the second violins.

Since 2013, she has been living with her family in Salzburg, where she has had regular opportunities to play as a soloist, as concertmaster or  second violin leader in orchestra, but her main activity is the String Quartet: Constanze Quartet, which she founded in 2016.
